On 14th January, at 12h00, the seminar titled “The Exceptional Price Performance of Oil- Explanations and Prospects” will be held by Dr. Roberto F. Aguilera – SPE Distinguished Lecturer (Society of Petroleum Engineers).

Biography:
F. Aguilera is a Research Fellow with Curtin University, Australia. From 2013–2017, he was an analyst with the OPEC Secretariat, Vienna, and a co-author of their annual World Oil Outlook. Previous affiliations include IIASA, University of Vienna, Catholic University of Chile and Servipetrol. He has participated in numerous energy studies, including with the World Petroleum Council and US National Petroleum Council. He holds PhD and Master degrees from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor’s from Haskayne School of Business, Uni-versity of Calgary. His publication record comprises The Price of Oil, a book published by Cambridge University Press (2015).
