The seminar “State-of-the-Art FinFET Technology: An Industry Designer’s Perspective”, by Gonçalo Nogueira, will take place on September 19, at 5 p.m., in EA4 room (North tower) and will address FinFETs from an industry designer’s perspective, such as: an introduction to FinFET, FinFET design and layout, advantages and challenges, and the future of integrated circuits.
