The interdisciplinary thematic network Health (redeSAÚDE) at Universidade de Lisboa created a space for collective brainstorming on the major health issues of our time called “Collective Neuroses”. The sessions are held every two months, featuring a special guest.

Session 1: How hard is it to switch off?

In the first session, the focus is on the relationship with digital: are we all “addicted”? Is “switching off” a real choice or an almost impossible challenge? Professor Daniel Sampaio will introduce the topic, but it’s the audience that leads the conversation.
