«On April 16, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Técnico Library will hold a training session as part of the Literacies Programme:

Scientific Literacy | Publication in international journals: recommendations and strategies
Learn how to choose the best journal, how to work with your peer reviewers, and how to improve your visibility and promote your research.

Professors João Ramôa Correia and Jorge de Brito will share their insights on the entire publication process, from choosing a journal and going through the peer-review process to strategies for increasing the visibility of their research.

Although primarily aimed at professors, researchers, and master’s and PhD students, participation is open to all interested parties. The presentation will be conducted in Portuguese.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required by completing a registration form. The Zoom meeting ID will be sent by email to registered participants.
