The members of the Técnico community are invited to submit Best Practices in the 10th call of ObservIST (Best Practices Observatory at Instituto Superior Técnico) until 31 July. The ObservIST aims to “identify, consolidate and disseminate initiatives and experiences whose promotion and replication enhances the quality of internal processes and supports continuous improvement”.
