The activities take place from 9 to 26 March.

The Well-Being and Work-Life Balance Office at Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, celebrates International Women’s Day with various activities from 9 to 26 March.

9 March (Online, 1 p.m.-1.40 p.m.)
“3000 reasons to talk about gynaecological health”

Dynamic and interactive activity, challenging participants by starting the session with a quiz to stimulate curiosity about the topic.

80’s aerobics special class
(with Bruna Ferreira, Well-Being and Work-Life Balance Office)

Aerobic class with simple, light choreography, adaptable to all levels and set to the sound of 80s classics. Participants should bring comfortable clothing, trainers/sneakers and a bottle of water.

Hatha Yoga for beginners. Participants should bring comfortable clothing and a gym mat or, alternatively, a beach towel.

Recognise the common pressures and stressors when balancing work, childcare, and eldercare.

Webinar “Far Beyond Menopause: How midlife changes affect pelvic floor and quality of life”
(with Marisa Lavado, Physiotherapist at Vitamove Physiotherapy)

Simple and safe exercises will be taught, with verbal and visual guidance, focused on body awareness.
