Dynamic and interactive activity, challenging participants by starting the session with a quiz to stimulate curiosity about the topic.

80’s aerobics special class

Aerobic class with simple, light choreography, adaptable to all levels and set to the sound of 80s classics. Participants should bring comfortable clothing, trainers/sneakers and a bottle of water.
