Workshops reinforce academic skills at ULisboa Schools

Free workshops for students, as part of the Programme to Promote Academic Success and Reduce Higher Education Dropouts, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).

Academic life presents constant challenges, including managing time, studying effectively, deciding on a professional future, overcoming procrastination, and regulating emotions in times of increased pressure.

Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) is hosting a series of free workshops for students, as part of the Programme to Promote Academic Success and Reduce Higher Education Dropouts, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).

Led by psychologists with experience in the academic context, these workshops are practical, participatory, and designed to provide concrete tools for students’ daily lives.

  • Time Management
  • Study Methods
  • Vocational Guidance
  • Procrastination and Avoidance
  • Emotional Regulation Techniques

The workshops will take place at various ULisboa schools.
