Applications

Applications for Master’s degrees 2021/2022 are open – New Teaching Model

Application deadline for National and EU Students: 31st July 2021.

Técnico offers a wide range of 33 Master’s programmes, following the New Teaching Model 2021/2022. Applications are open until 31st July 2021.

Flexibility and multidisciplinarity are the pillars of the new teaching paradigm of Técnico 2nd Cycle courses, which now includes the possibility of choosing elective subjects from any scientific area. A Minor is a cohesive set of courses that offer a foundation in an area of study that complements the basic scientific training and allows students to further enrich their academic journey. Extracurricular activities also play an important role, once students can get academic credit from, for example, summer internships, student group membership or representation in student academic positions.

The culminating event of a master’s degree is the dissertation, which allows students to focus and specialise in a specific topic. In some master’s degrees, it is preceded by an integrated project, which relates the knowledge acquired in the various subjects. The dissertation can be carried out as part of a scientific thesis, an internship in a company or a multidisciplinary capstone project.

Applications for National and EU Students are open from 1st June to 31st July 2021.

Applications – 3rd phase for International Students are open from 26th July to 6th August 2021.
