Tenth edition of the Lab2Market Programme awards prize to algorithm designed to combat the spread of misinformation

The innovation acceleration programme has already welcomed more than 150 participants, and resulted in the creation of ten startups and 1 million euros in funding.
 

Técnico professor was elected a member of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters

Vítor Cardoso was elected to the Danish Academy, which has previously counted on scientists, such as Marie Curie and Albert Einstein, among its members.

Biological Engineering and Biomedical Engineering students presented projects addressing real-world challenges

The event featured presentations of the Pedagogical Innovation Projects (PIP) and a panel discussion on Bioengineering, Health, Industry, and national and European funding.

2nd edition of the Illustration Contest dedicated to represent Técnico values is open for applications until 30 September

Proposals can be submitted in various forms of visual expression, including drawing, photography, collage, digital art, or other artistic techniques.
