Técnico filled 98% of the available places in the first National Call for Access to Public Higher Education

The School, which recorded a higher number of students accepted compared to the previous year, will welcome 1,656 new undergraduate students.
 

Técnico Welcome Week 2026/2027 will run from 1 to 4 September

The event programme includes activities designed to help new students and their families transition to higher education.

Applications for Curricular Units will be open from 24 August (2026/2027)

The enrolment period takes place from 24 August to 4 September for students already registered at Técnico in previous academic years.

Do you have any questions about the registration process (2026/2027)? From August 24 to 27, Técnico students will be available to answer them in person

Members of the Student Support Office will be available to assist with the enrolment process during the relevant period.

Técnico researchers developed epidemiological surveillance protocols adopted by the European Commission

The methodologies created enable the early detection of infectious agents and may be used by public health bodies in various countries.
