These workshops are based on an analysis of best practices and existing policies for Human Resources Strategies for Researchers (HRS4R) in research and academia, policies and measures to eliminate brain drain and to strengthen knowledge circulation, barriers to equal inclusion and effective strategies to attract, assess and reward researchers.
The workshops are divided into three different areas:
1. Gender Equality Plans Guidelines – 9th November 2023
Gender Equality Plans are a key strategy tool to implement organisational change. A space for sharing practices and future visions in STEM education.
2. Mentoring Program for Early Career Researchers – 17th November 2023
Mentoring programs for Early Career researchers as a tool for career development. A space for sharing best practices and a structure for a mentoring program.
3. Researchers Assessment Guidelines – 24th November 2023
Researchers assessment within the Unite! community. A space for sharing best practices and ideas for the future.
All workshops are online and free.
