«The first edition of the Space Education Summit will be held on 15 and 16 April, an unprecedented meeting that brings together the universities that are part of the New Space Portugal programme to discuss the present and future of aerospace education in Portugal.

The conference – organised by the University of Aveiro, FEUP – Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, University of Minho, University of Beira Interior, IST – Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Évora, Nova SBE – School of Business and Economics and the Portuguese Air Force Academy – is aimed at students and professionals in the sector, creating a space for sharing and debating the challenges and opportunities of this growing industry, whose impact will transform society in multiple dimensions, from Sustainability to Security and Defense, among other critical areas.»
