«The 22nd International Conference on Carbon Dioxide Utilization (ICCDU 2025) will take place in Lisbon from 23 to 27 June 2025, at the Congress Centre of Instituto Superior Técnico, Alameda campus. Organised by Técnico Lisboa and NOVA School of Science and Technology, in partnership with the Portuguese Society of Chemistry, ICCDU 2025 will bring together distinguished international experts and leaders in sustainable chemistry and carbon utilization.
ICCDU 2025 will feature plenary and invited lectures, industrial sessions, keynotes, oral presentations, panel discussions, posters, and workshops, all focused on advancing the circular carbon economy. Featured speakers include Danielle Ballivet-Tkatchenko from CNRS, Buxing Han from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Erwin Reisner of the University of Cambridge, Mercedes Maroto-Valer from Heriot-Watt University, Philip Jessop of Queen’s University, Sang-Eon Park from Inha University, South Korea, Adelio Mendes from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, or Michele Aresta from the University of Milan.
The conference offers a unique platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration between academia and industry, particularly in the areas of CO2 Capture and Mineralisation, CO2 Biological Conversion, CO2 Photo and Electro-Chemical Catalytic Conversion, CO2 Plasma-Catalytic Conversion, CO2 Thermo-Catalytic Conversion, CO2 and Green H2 for a Circular Carbon Economy, Industrial Decarbonization Applications, Integrated Carbon Capture and Conversion, Non-Reactive Utilization of CO2 and Sustainability and Policies.»
