«The Students’ Union at Instituto Superior Técnico (AEIST) is pleased to announce the 38th edition of Jobshop AEIST, as part of the Técnico Career Weeks. Recognised as the largest university job fair in Portugal, the event will take place from 28 to 30 2026.
The highlight of this edition is the return to the iconic Big Tent in the heart of Alameda Campus. This strategic location places the fair back at the center of academic life, creating a more vibrant, dynamic, and central atmosphere for networking.
The 38th Jobshop goes beyond the traditional format by combining established activities with strategic innovations designed to enhance recruitment. We continue to feature our practical Workshops and Blitz Meets, focused on soft skills and pitch training, but we have elevated the experience with new formats: Roundtables, which help break the ice between students and recruiters, and JobTalks, a versatile stage for discussing disruptive trends and the future of technology and entrepreneurship.
The venue is organised into impactful thematic areas, featuring the Innovation Space for immersive tech demos and the Green Space, dedicated to sustainability.
We also prioritise efficient student contact through the Finalist Check-in, allowing for immediate talent identification, and a gamification system that ensures constant energy and interaction throughout the event.
