The 40th World Urban Development Congress “Living, building, financing the City post-Habitat III” will take place from 28th to 30th November, at Técnico – Congress Centre.
The urban development is changing and requires a more balanced redistribution of the urban growth, on both financial level (local property tax system, alternative funding methods, etc.) and public policies (production of affordable housing, renovation of residential areas, alternative energy, mobility and accessibility, culture, etc.)
