JUNITEC (Junior Enterprises at Instituto Superior Técnico) will organise the 7th edition of TecStorm, the largest Portuguese university competition, from 14th to 16th April 2023, at the Champalimaud Foundation, in Lisbon.
This year’s Hackathon focuses on the topic “A step into the future”, aiming to promote entrepreneurship. Four projects will be distinguished in the following areas: health, energy, connectivity and fintech. More than €10 000 euros will be awarded in prizes to the 4 winning projects.
Registrations for TecStorm 2023 are open until 21st December 2022. All university students and those who completed their studies in higher education in the 2021/22 academic year can register for the event.
The participants will have accommodation, transport, technical material and food free of charge during the 3 days of the event. Mentors will be available to help competitors build their prototypes, create their pitches and prepare their business plans.
