The Food, Farming and Forestry College (F3) and the Agro-Food and Forestry (redeAGRO) network at Universidade de Lisboa are pleased to announce the conference “Shaping the Future of Food Systems”, on 25 November 2024, at 1.45 p.m., in the auditorium 6.1.36 (Building 6), at the Faculty of Sciences, Universidade de Lisboa.

The conference is open to academia, industry, policymakers and society in general, and will focus on the Food System, exploring the elements and activities related to food production and consumption, as well as their drivers and consequences, from a global perspective and in the national context.

The event will include debates with experts, aimed at discussing the necessary transformations and identifying strategies that promote healthy and affordable diets, sustainability, food security and social equity, while also addressing the economic, environmental and health challenges that affect food production and consumption.»
