«The Técnico Staff Association (APIST) and the APIST Taekwondo School will organise a Taekwondo Workshop open to the entire Técnico community.
This will be an excellent opportunity to experience a dynamic martial art, promote physical and mental well-being, and learn basic techniques in a friendly and relaxed environment suitable for all experience levels.
Dates and Venues:
The workshop will take place across three different campi. In the registration form, interested parties may choose the most convenient campus:
- Alameda Campus – November 11, 2025 | 12.30–1.30 p.m. | Training Room 6, North Garden Building
- Oeiras Campus – November 20, 2025 | 12.30–1.30 p.m. | Sports Room next to the canteen
- Loures Campus (CTN) – November 21, 2025 | 12.30–1.30 p.m. | CTN, VIP Canteen
What to expect:
- Basic self-defense techniques
- A welcoming and very relaxed atmosphere
The workshop will be led by Ana Paula Silva, who has an extraordinary background in this martial art. She is a 7th Dan Master, founder, and head instructor of the APIST Taekwondo School at the Oeiras Campus.»
