«The Técnico Staff Association (APIST), in partnership with AmbientalIST, will organise a vegetarian food tasting event at Técnico, under the “Prato Sustentável” Project, which has successfully taken vegetarian food to various schools and municipalities across the country.

The participants will have a hands-on culinary experience and will learn more about how this type of food can be implemented in dining spaces such as those at Técnico.
