«As part of the ‘Radiopharmaceutical Sciences & Health Physics’ Thematic Line, the C²TN Academy – Centro de Ciências e Tecnologias Nucleares – invites the entire community to another unmissable seminar, with the participation of guest researcher Sara Lacerda, a specialist in molecular imaging and multimodal contrast agents.
Under the theme “Towards better detection of cardiovascular disease and metastatic cancer!”, Sara Lacerda will address the current challenges of medical diagnosis.
With a PhD in Chemistry from Universidade de Lisboa, Sara Lacerda has developed a remarkable international research career at the University of Lübeck (Germany), King’s College London (United Kingdom), and the Centre de Biophysique Moléculaire (Orléans, France). She is currently a researcher at the CNRS and Co-Scientific Director of the CNRS Orléans In Vivo Imaging Centre.»
