«In this workshop, Kearney shares practical strategies and techniques to improve the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Over two hours, participants will practice structuring messages for applications and interviews, strengthening presence and voice, and answering questions safely and confidently through short exercises with immediate feedback.

Participants will work on:

• Effective writing for applications: emails, short reports and pitches;
• Storytelling and synthesis: from idea to key message;
• Presence, voice and body language in interviews;
• Managing questions and answers: listen, clarify and respond under pressure;
• Micro exercises with immediate feedback and actionable takeaways.»
