«The Career Training Workshops are taught by professionals from companies with recognised experience in recruitment and selection processes. Each training module will last about 2 hours with a group of 20 to 30 students.

The next Career Training Workshop, Empower your CV and Cover Letter by BCG, will focus on the different phases of the recruitment process, with a special focus on drafting a CV and cover letter that will allow you to move to the next phase.

The session will be led by Rita Mendia, Recruiting Manager at BCG, responsible for talent attraction and recruitment at the Lisbon office.

The speaker will share the soft skills that Boston Consulting Group values in candidates and how they can be reflected in a CV and cover letter, making them more interesting and attractive to the recruiter.»
