«Entering the job market raises several questions: what are companies looking for? Which skills are most valued? How do recruitment processes work?
The workshop “First Job Done Right: How to Make Smart Choices” will take place on March 4th, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., in room V0.02, Civil Engineering Building, Técnico – Alameda Campus.
The session will address current recruitment trends and help participants prepare a more strategic approach to their first job.
Led by professionals with experience in recruitment and selection, the workshop will provide insight into what companies are looking for (and offering), identify the most valued skills in today’s market, and present the main recruitment channels and strategies.
Registration per session, through the Técnico Job Bank. Spots are limited. An active registration on the Job Bank is required. Participants will receive a confirmation email and may request a certificate for extracurricular activity accreditation.»
