«Socio-spatial segregation in Lusophone cities exposes persistent inequalities in the reproduction of the built environment. This PhD research assesses past experiences in public housing policies and their intersections with territorial planning, identifying shortcomings and highlighting best practices. This opens new perspectives, offering alternatives to the exponential production of housing units as the primary solution to existing precarious conditions.
