«Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) is pleased to announce the concert “A Prodigiosa Imaginação Poética de Chopin” (“Chopin’s prodigious poetic imagination”), by Jorge Moyano, on 26th January, at 9 p.m., in Aula Magna. This concert is part of the ULisboa project “Música na Universidade” and the celebrations of the 10th anniversary of ULisboa.

The work of Chopin (1810-1849), one of the most important composers of the Romantic period, was almost exclusively dedicated to the piano. His vast output includes emblematic titles such as the Polonaises, the Nocturnes and the Ballades, included in this concert.

Attendance is free and limited to room capacity.»
