A presentation of “Esgrima Lusitana” will take place on January 26, at 1 p.m., in the exhibition hall of Civil Engineering building.
This Portuguese martial art is also known as “Jogo do Pau Português”, whose origin goes back to the handling of medieval weapons. Apart from its martial and self-defense characteristics, “Jogo do Pau Português” is currently a competitive sport.
