10:00 am – Opening of the Solemn Session of the 111 years of IST.
10:05 am – Presentation of the Network of Partners and the Alumni network of Técnico, Professor Pedro Amaral.
10:10 am – Speech by the President of the Student Association of Instituto Superior Técnico, Gonçalo Mamede.
10:15 am – Speech by the President of the Pedagogical Council, Professor Teresa Peña.
10:20 am – Delivery of diplomas of excellence to the Excellent Teachers 2020/2021.
11:00 – Intervention by the Professors awarded the Excellence in Teaching Award, awarded by the Pedagogical Council.
11:10 am – Intervention by a non-teaching employee of Instituto Superior Técnico, Dr. Paulo Rodrigues.
11:15 am – Tribute to the workers of Instituto Superior Técnico with 25 years of service and retirees.
11:20 am – Break
11:30 am – Speech by the President of Instituto Superior Técnico, Professor Rogério Colaço.
11:40 am – Attribution of the Title of Distinguished Researcher 2022 (Doctor Isabel Prudêncio).
11:50 am – Attribution of the title of Distinguished Professor 2022 (Professor Manuel Heitor).
12:00 – Intervention by His Excellency the Rector of the University of Lisbon, Professor Luís Ferreira.
12:10 – Intervention by His Excellency the Mayor of Lisbon, Engineer Carlos Moedas.
