Explain it like I’m 5 – Moisés Pinto

Facebook Live

Why do molecules like to flirt in tight spaces?

How can we separate molecules from each other? And how do we get them to flirt and generate new molecules? Do they prefer dancing tightly or a few feet apart?

Saturday, 31st October 2020, Moisés Pinto, Técnico professor (Department of Chemical Engineering – DEQ) and researcher at Centro de Recursos Naturais e Ambiente (CERENA) will help us answer this question.

Please send us your questions ahead of time to explicametecnico@gmail.com or join us live on Facebook.

“Explain it like I’m 5 – talks at Técnico for children and other curious people of all ages” is designed for young people opening a door to get to know Técnico research and the possibility to ask our scientists a question- even at a distance. Older people can come as well, if the children let them.

Saturdays at 11:00, every two weeks, live on Facebook. The talks can be watched later.
