«As part of the Técnico Partner Network, the i.Talks Técnico–Brisa session will take place on 4 November, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., at Campus Alameda (Room V1.04, Técnico+). The session connects academic research with real-world challenges in infrastructure, mobility, and technology.
The goal is to foster interaction between Técnico professors/researchers and Brisa’s innovation team, paving the way for pre-competitive R&D projects, proofs-of-concept/pilots, and Master’s dissertation topics with potential funding.
Key topics:
- Smart and resilient infrastructure: AI, digital twins, and predictive maintenance for safer, more efficient, longer-lasting assets;
- Efficiency and robotization in maintenance: Robotics, computer vision, and automation for green-space maintenance and other operations.
(Proposals with real-world application in other areas are also welcome.)»
