«The Centro de Transferência de Tecnologia e Valorização do Conhecimento at Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) and J. Pereira da Cruz will organise an Information Session on the European Unitary Patent, an instrument for the protection of industrial property rights of the European Patent Office, which will enter into force on June 1, 2023

This session is free of charge and is aimed at ULisboa scientific and innovative community, which includes the spin-off companies.

The changes, challenges and opportunities that the unitary patent and the Unified Patent Court will bring to entities holding industrial property rights will be discussed.

The guest speakers at this session will be Dr. Maria João Nunes and Doctor Rui Gomes (J. Pereira da Cruz).
