«The next IP Talks of 2023 will take place on 22nd June, with the workshop “State of the Art Search”, and includes a lunch box for the first 25 registrations.

Computer-Implemented inventions (CII) are becoming increasingly relevant in our days. Every day we hear more about the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and its effects on our day-to-day life. But what exactly is a CII? How can you identify if your work is a CII?

In this session, supervised by Luís Ferreira (Patent Attorney), participants will be able to learn more about what is a CII, the technical areas where this type of invention is more common or how to determine the patentability of CII.

We ask participants to bring their own computers.
