The next session IP Talks@Técnico: “Patenting! How does that apply to what I’m doing?” will take place on 17th february, at 16:00, via Zoom. This session will be held in English.

Patrícia Lima, coordinator of NPI (Intellectual Property Unit at Técnico), will clarify questions related to the patent application and she will explain why this is an important topic for any master’s finalist, PhD student and Técnico researcher.

Have you thought about what patenting has to do with what you are doing and why do ou need to start thinking about it?
What is patentable?
How do I know if I have an invention?
What are the rights and benefits of an inventor?

These are some of the topics that will be addressed in this session.

Attendance is free but requires prior registration. The number of places is limited.
