«This new Seminar Series, organised by the Institute for Systems and Robotics (SR)-Lisboa, intends to guarantee opportunities for the scientific community to meet not only with ISR members, but also with researchers from the Laboratory of Robotics and Engineering Systems (LARSyS), Técnico’s units and services, and even industry partners.
This month the guest speaker will be Luís M. Rocha, Professor of Systems Science at the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science (Department of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering), Binghamton University (State University of New York), where he also leads the Complex Adaptive Systems and Computational Intelligence (CASCI) lab. Luís Rocha is also a Principal Investigator at the Gulbenkian Science Institute and Coordinator of the Center for Social and Biomedical Complexity, between Binghamton University and Indiana University, Bloomington.
