«The Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics (LIP) is pleased to announce the 7th edition of the summer internship program for physics, engineering and science students.
The internships will last from a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of two months, and will take place in the three LIP nodes, in Braga, Coimbra and Lisbon, with common (virtual) activities.
The program includes a week of introductory lectures on Particle and Astroparticle Physics, detectors and experimental methods, and tutorial sessions on the use of computer tools in data analysis, in July, and ends with a workshop where each intern contributes a summary presentation of their work in September.»
