«The Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics (LIP) is pleased to announce a two-day workshop titled “Machine Learning for Physics”, to take place on March 13-14, in Lisbon.
The workshop is designed for students and early-career researchers interested in applying machine learning to high-energy physics, particularly in the context of CERN’s LHC experiments.
During the workshop, participants will benefit from a series of introductory lectures focused on essential machine learning techniques and algorithms, and interactive, hands-on sessions that will allow participants to gain practical experience with specialised tools and explore real-world applications in high-energy physics.»
