Informal conversations that promote contact between Técnico students and professionals working in the companies of Técnico Partner Network (most Técnico alumni).
«The Meetup with a Company with BNP Paribas is an opportunity to discover how Engineering intersects with the financial sector and how technical skills are applied to real-world challenges involving technology, data, and complex systems within a global organisation.
In an informal and free breakfast setting, participants will be able to speak directly with company professionals — including Técnico alumni — and gain insight into the culture of one of the world’s largest banks.
The session is designed to provide close contact with the reality of the sector, allowing participants to explore possible career paths and understand which profiles and skills are most valued. Throughout the meeting, opportunities aimed at students and recent graduates will also be presented, with space to ask questions and reflect on how to prepare a professional journey.
After the event, participants may request a certificate of participation for accreditation of extracurricular activities.
Participation is free but subject to prior registration. This initiative is ideal for broadening perspectives, building connections, and understanding how Engineering can make an impact in the financial world.»
