Universidade de Lisboa will officially launch the College of Chemistry (CQUL) on October 27, from 5.30 p.m., at the rectorate building (Salão Nobre).
On this occasion, the ULisboa/Santander Universidades Scientific Awards will be delivered to researchers with a large number of published papers in the fields of Engineering and Agronomy.
Several professors and researchers from the different Schools of Universidade de Lisboa will be part of the new CQUL.
The ULisboa rectorate will co-finance College of Chemistry for a period of three years, after which CQUL is expected to be financially autonomous.
