On March 24, at 11 a.m., will take place the seminar “Imaging the earth with marine Ultra High Resolution Seismic Reflection methods (UHRS)” presented by Henrique Duarte, Marine Department Director at Geosurveys, Geophysical Consultants Ltd.
Henrique Duarte holds a Ph.D in Geodynamics and is currently the Marine Department Director at Geosurveys, Geophysical Consultants Ltd. He pursued research in subjects such as gas in sedimentary basins, seismic and sequence stratigraphy, structural geology, 2D and 3D sparker seismic processing. His consultancy activities for the last 8 years were mainly in the fields of marine geophysics applied to geotechnical problems for offshore windfarm development, well site surveying, bridge building, cable and pipe laying, land reclaiming etc. Roles taken include offshore equipment operation, data quality control, offshore survey management and client representation.
