«The Centro de Química Estrutural (CQE) at Instituto Superior Técnico is pleased to announce the seminar “Mills in the Creation of New Materials”, presented by Christoph Winter, Area Sales Manager at Retsch GmbH, a specialist with extensive experience in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry, on 24 October, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., at Técnico – Alameda campus.

This event is organised by Scansci in collaboration with Retsch, recognized for its leadership in developing solutions for sample preparation and material characterization, with the support of Técnico, with the aim of exploring the crucial role that mills play in the innovation and development of advanced materials across diverse industries.

The seminar will take place in several Portuguese cities and will be a unique opportunity for students, researchers and professionals in the areas of engineering, chemistry, materials and applied sciences to get to know up close the new trends and practices that are revolutionizing sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Polymers, Composites, Batteries/Lithium and Technical Textiles.
