The Space Studies Program 2022 (SSP22) is a program of the International Space University (ISU) taking place for the first time in Portugal this year. The local organisation includes the Portuguese Space Agency – Portugal Space and Instituto Superior Técnico, with the support of Oeiras Municipality.
The Space Studies Program 2022 (SSP22) will organise several events open to the general public.
The SSP22 event – First light observations from the James Webb space telescope, with the astrophysicist L. Y. Aaron Yung, from NASA’s Goddard Center, will take place on 18th July, at Técnico – Taguspark Campus.
The event is open to general public.
