A talk on the topic “ISO 27001 – Boas Práticas de Segurança da Informação nas Organizações”, will take place on 21st November 2019, from 18:30 to 19:30, in Abreu Faro amphitheatre (Interdisciplinary building).
Information security is an increasingly important and extremely important issue that must be seriously considered in all organizations, public and private. The current digital transformation of the economy, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation, further accentuated the importance of this theme.
In this talk we will introduce the international standard ISO 27001, which allows a complete and consistent approach to implement, operate, monitor, analyze, maintain and improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS) whose implementation is increasingly essential in organizations.
