The Third PETRUS-ANNETTE PhD and Early-Stage Researchers Conference 2017 – Radioactive Waste Management and Disposal will take place from 26th to 30th June at the library of the Interdisciplinary Complex.

This PETRUS/ANNETTE/ENEN and IST/DECN joint conference brings together young researchers who carry out R&D work related to radioactive waste repositories. Papers on radioactivity, geology, chemistry, engineering, modeling and mathematics will be presented during the conference.

This event aims to give young researchers the opportunity to present their work and to be questioned about it by an audience of experts.

Registrations are still open to young Portuguese researchers who want to present their works. Awards will be given to the best oral presentation and best poster.
