«This training session for Tutors will be conducted by Dr. Tiago Pereira, Psychologist and Specialist in Educational, Work, Social, and Organizational Psychology, Executive member of the Board, and Coordinator of the COVID-19 Crisis Office at the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses.

This training event will provide a dynamic approach, allowing participants to explore solutions, devise, test, and evaluate behavioural change strategies tailored to the challenges of Tutoring and the relationship with the Tutees.

This session will be conducted in Portuguese and will have a total duration of 8 hours, split between February 1st and 8th, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

This presents an opportunity to reconsider approaches, identify challenges, and create new solutions adapted to the demands of the academic daily life.»
