«ULisboa is pleased to announce the concert “Chronos” to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of ULisboa’s Children and Youth Choir, on 19 July 2025, at 6 p.m., in Aula Magna.
Through a sound and visual journey, in an immersive and emotional experience, children and young people from 6 to 21 years old parade in Chronos, taking the audience on a journey through time that transforms timbres, bodies, expressions and repertoire.
The concert ranges from the simplest of melodies by Delfina Figueiredo to some of the most demanding works in Francis Poulenc’s choral repertoire, from emblematic works from the end of the 16th century, such as madrigals by Monteverdi or Haydn, to contemporary works, some of which have just been premiered… time is a whirlwind that surrounds us and reminds us at every moment that we are all human in the immensity of the Universe.
Attendance is free and limited to room capacity.»
