«As part of the project funded by the “Seed Fund for Teaching and Learning” program, entitled “How do we teach math in Europe” and led by Gerhard Dorn of TUGraz, whose goal is to create a “toolbox that reduces the barrier between secondary education and university education for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) students,” a workshop will be held on September 23 and 24, 2025, in a collaboration between Instituto Superior Técnico and the Faculty of Sciences.
At the Instituto Superior Técnico, two sessions will take place on September 23:
- “Meet the lecturers and TreeTree2 – exchange workshop”, a meeting between mathematics professors from IST, TreeTree2 team leaders and members of the Unite! team
- “Meet the students/student unions/associations”, a meeting with students (with the collaboration of the Mathematics Students’ Organisation – NMATH)»
