The Conversas de Sofá (Conversations on the Couch) are held monthly, every third Thursday, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., in Cantina Velha. This initiative is part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme at Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa).

The second conversation, focusing on burnout, will take place on 26 March and will feature Professor Maria José Chambel, who will discuss and raise awareness of the factors that lead to burnout and provide some tools and strategies for preventing it, and Cristina Fraga from UMIND, who will share her personal experience, her life story and how she joined the company and the mindout app.

The Conversations on the Couch are a relaxed and welcoming space designed for students, where topics that really matter are discussed in a simple, approachable way that encourages everyone to join in. Over the course of eight informal conversations, we’ll be talking about sleep, sexuality, artificial intelligence and much more, always with the aim of informing, raising awareness and preventing problems.
