«On May 20, from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., the Técnico Library will hold a training session as part of the Literacias Programme: Scientific Literacy | Oral presentations during your PhD thesis.

This session will cover the different phases of effective oral presentations, from planning to execution. Topics include the preparation and use of audiovisual aids and dealing with speech anxiety.

Although primarily aimed at PhD students, participation is open to anyone. The session will be conducted in Portuguese.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required by completing the available form. The Zoom meeting ID will be sent by email to registered participants.

The Literacias programme aims to equip students with a set of fundamental skills for academic success and lifelong learning.»
