One of the main challenges of agile organisations, which adapt quickly to change, is the alignment and knowledge of team leaders in organising, managing and measuring the new ways of working in an agile way. The Agile Leadership Specialisation Course focuses on three areas in which organisations need to adapt quickly: Perspectives, People, and Practices.
This course is delivered over four weeks, during which participants will watch asynchronous videos, interspersed with live sessions twice a week via Zoom. The live sessions will reinforce key concepts, clarify participant questions, discuss case studies, learn about practical application examples with experts, and exchange knowledge and experiences among participants.
Objectives:
- To understand how agility can help improve the performance of organizations and how to quantify these improvements using concrete measurement tools;
- To understand what an agile mindset consists of and how to adopt it, and to know how to apply the agile methodology in the various areas of the organization;
- To understand how agile teams work and how to lead them;
- To prepare the various participants for the IPMA (International Project Management Association) Agile Leadership exam and/or to obtain the Agile Leadership certification.
Target audience:
The course is aimed at current and future agile leaders from all areas, both technological and non-technological, who wish to deepen their knowledge in the area of Agile Leadership.
