The ‘Agrifood Disruptor’ initiative is a collaboration between EIT Food, Building Global Innovators (BGI), Instituto Superior Técnico and Universidade Católica Lisboa, which aims to bridge the gap between research and market application in the agrifood sector.
The initiative will organise the #Roadshow on 25 October at Taguspark campus, where the participants will gain insights into transforming their research into practical innovations, meet industry experts, attend talks and conferences, and discover new funding opportunities.
From 4 to 15 November, the #Bootcamp will provide essential entrepreneurial skills, focusing on adapting research and technology to the market and industry.
The third part will focus on a more practical phase of the Disruptor Programme: Market Discovery Journey, which will run from 19 November to 9 December. The participants will meet industry experts to determine whether their solution fits the market.
The Disruptor Programme concludes with a final pitch event on 11 December at Universidade Católica Lisboa, where progress to industry experts and potential partners, such as Delta, CGD, and Jerónimo Martins, will be presented.
Roadshow – registration is open until 18 October
