Programme H2Doc promotes research beyond the state-of-the-art in both fundamental and applied aspects of Hydraulics and Hydrology. It is a joint initiative of two higher education institutions, Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), and two Portuguese R&D institutions, Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil (LNEC) and CEHIDRO, Centre for Hydro-Systems Studies of IST.
